Dr Julie Mulliner MA, PGCE, FCIPD

Julie is a Human Resources professional and Organisational Development practitioner with over 35 years’ experience in developing and supporting leaders and managers within finance, retail, public and higher education sectors in the UK and internationally.
Julie is passionate about adding value to individuals, teams and organisations, enabling their learning and development goals, to successfully lead change. Her expertise includes Organisational Development, Employee Engagement, Leadership, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Assessment Centre Development and Performance Management.
Julie's notable achievements include: the first Train Crew Depot to achieve ISO9002 status; Investors in People Gold status for the University of Chester; implementation of accredited Work Based Integrated Programmes of study to develop Leadership capability; development of competency frameworks; making a positive difference for individuals and teams through training and development support and coaching interventions.
Julie is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She has an MA in Human Resources and her PhD research focused on Psychological Contract, which explored the relationship between Employee Engagement, Motivation, Resilience and Leadership (access summary publication here). Julie is a qualified and experienced coach.
