CONSULTANT PROFILE

Andy Napier PGDip, MInstLM, Chartered MCIPD

Andy has over 23 years’ experience in organisation and learning and development (L&D) functions across the private, public and the not-for-profit sectors. He is a specialist in management and leadership development and coaching. He has delivered L&D events across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Andy is passionate about facilitating personal and professional learning to enable people to be the best version of themselves, and is comfortable working at all levels of leadership.

​

He is a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development, and an associate of the Association for Coaches.

​

 Andy is a qualified coach, an EQi 2.0 (Emotional Intelligence) practitioner, a MBTI Step I & II Practitioner, and a Scottish Rugby Union accredited coach, responsible for coaching and developing East Lothian Girls Rugby.

 

Andy manages a Welfare Team, providing support to those that find themselves in need of help at major music events and festivals.  It is Andy’s way of using the life skills he has been fortunate to develop to give back to wider society.
