This one-day course helps early career professionals understand how to become effective, reliable and trusted team members. Participants will explore what makes teams work well, including communication, respect, role clarity, accountability and shared goals.
The course examines different working styles and how misunderstandings can arise when people approach tasks differently. Learners will practise contributing in meetings, supporting colleagues, asking for help, giving updates and handling minor disagreements professionally. The course also highlights the importance of reliability, follow-through and positive team behaviour in building credibility. Through practical exercises and realistic workplace scenarios, participants will identify how they can strengthen their contribution to team performance.
By the end of the day, learners will feel more confident in collaborating, building trust and making a positive impact from day one.
