This one-day course helps managers lead change with greater confidence, empathy and structure. Participants will explore why people respond differently to change and how uncertainty affects motivation, behaviour and performance.
The course provides practical tools for communicating change, responding to concerns, managing resistance and supporting people through transition. Learners will examine how to balance honesty with reassurance, maintain focus during disruption and create opportunities for involvement and ownership. Through real workplace examples and practical exercises, participants will develop their confidence in holding change conversations and leading teams through ambiguity.
By the end of the day, managers will be better equipped to support their people, reduce confusion and help change feel more manageable, purposeful and achievable.
